Treble Chorus
The Elgin Youth Choir Treble Chorus is designed for our beginning singers in grades 2 - 6. This ensemble focuses on teaching the foundations of singing and aural skills,
basics of music literacy, and learning how to sing
as both a soloist and as part of an ensemble.
Rehearsals:
Mondays: 5:20 - 6:40 PM (in-person at ECC)
September 11th, 2023 - May 6th, 2024
Tuition:
Annual Tuition is $600 ($500 if paid in full at start)

Touring Chorus
The Elgin Youth Choir Touring Choir is designed for singers in grades 7-12. Members of the EYC Touring Choir focus on developing higher-level musicianship through rehearsal and performance. We work on advancing vocal technique, aural skills, sight-reading skills/music literacy, and focusing on expression through performance.
The Touring Choir has performed with ensembles that include the Elgin Master Chorale, ECC College Choir,
and the Elgin Symphony Orchestra.
